Enhanced Whole Foods Market 401(k) Plan

Investing in our Team Member growth and happiness is one of our greatest priorities. In 2024, we are enhancing the Whole Foods Market Growing Your Future 401(k) Plan by increasing our annual employer match to 50% of your contributions, up to 4% of your eligible annual pay.

This means for every $1 you contribute (up to 4% of your eligible pay), Whole Foods Market will contribute an additional $0.50 to your 401(k).

Am I eligible to contribute to the 401(k)?

Team Members who work at least 1,000 hours per year are eligible for the employer matching contribution. Also, remember to review and make changes to your 401(k) beneficiaries by visiting Fidelity’s website, 401k.com.
