How long will I receive STD benefits if I qualify?

The STD plan will replace 60% of your base weekly earnings (up to $1,500 per week), for up to 25 weeks for any single disability.
Is pregnancy and recovery from childbirth a condition that qualifies for STD benefits?

Yes. In most cases, the plan pays six weeks of STD benefits for a healthy delivery and 8 weeks of benefits for a Cesarean delivery.
How does the LTD plan work if I have to be out of work for an extended period of time?

If you qualify for benefits, the plan pays 60% of your salary, up to a maximum of $10,000, beginning on the 180th day of your disability. For most disabilities, the plan continues benefits up to age 65.
How much do I pay for disability benefits?
