For instance, if you have worked 18,000 hours as of December 31 and you have TM Only coverage in the National Choice or WHP, your biweekly contribution rate will be $25 from January 1 – December 31 of the following year—even if you work enough hours during that time to reach the next contribution threshold (20,000 – 39,000 hours). If you choose to enroll for coverage the next year, your rate would be adjusted at that time.
