Do I have to receive services from an eye doctor in the VSP network?

No. However, the plan pays a higher benefit for eye care services and covered materials if you use a VSP eye doctor. Review the Annual Benefits Enrollment Guide for more details.
Can I use the plan to pay for both contacts and glasses?

Our vision plan will pay for contact lenses or glasses—but not both—in the same calendar year. If you choose to switch to contacts or glasses, they will be covered in the next calendar year.
Does the vision plan cover laser vision correction surgery?

The plan does not consider this as a covered service. However, it does provide a 15% discount off the regular price of laser correction—or 5% of a promotional price.
